Exchange
All orders are eligible for an exchange and not eligible for returns. Products can be exchanged if the product is damaged, or if you do not like the product. Products may be exchanged up to 7 calendar days from order receipt.Ā
We only accept resalable items in its original packaging with the tags attached and in the same state as received, unused, and undamaged.
After receiving and reviewing your return, we will approve the exchange and dispatch the new product in the next 2 business days. This new order will follow the usual delivery timeline mentioned in the "Shipping" section above.
